Very very pleased so far with the service despite two replacement ECU not working in my van. I was kept informed from the outset and my replacement ECU's were sent quickly (next day). Justin was very helpful - we tried two replacement ECU's and now they are sending a third one to help me out of a tight spot. I'd requested a refund at one point and this happened in full instantly. So I highly recommend JC Cars and ECU Connections. They were also cheaper than some other ECU clone places I found on the internet. They couldn't be more helpful or efficient. Geoff Grove

After having all my warning lights coming up on my cluster, I sent off to JC Cars, just want to say I highly recommend, sent off Monday and came back Wednesday, all fixed and no more issues!!! Thankyou so much!

We had an issue with a Non-Starting Vauxhall Corsa D 1.4 - after I fitted a new 12v vehicle battery; The car would do everything but crank the engine!. The Corsa ( thanks to me! ) had lost the codes to recognise the ignition key; so it immobalised it's-self!. I was given the phone number for JC Cars of Sprowston Road Norwich. I called, and spoke to Justin, and started to explain about the problem with the Vauxhall Corsa; No sooner had i mention that i'd changed the battery, Justin knew! the problem with the car, and had the Solution!. I had the car taken to Justin by a local ( Norwich) car recovery company : ( Daniel, at the excellent, D P Recovery and Transport Services) Justin had the Corsa started with-in 10 - 15 minutes after!, and including!, finding all the lost codes and Security pin. The Corsa started; which then brought to light another problem with the ECU!. I left the Corsa with Justin overnight; Justin traced the problem, and remedied the problem by the next-day!. The Corsa now runs smoothly thanks to Justin's know-how!, and vast experience!. I highly recommend JC Cars of Sprowston rd, Norwich. Justin...A Great Guy!, Great Service!, And!...Explained the problem and! Solution in a way that i could understand!...( Once it get's passed the Chewing Gum and String stage, That's me lost! ) More than Great Service!, Great Prices!. As for the 5 star recommendation, for me personally, i'd have to say; "5 's x 5!" Everytime!.
