Smooth Waxing

I tried to use this business. Booked 3 weeks in advance, booked time off work, even emailed before the appointment to check all was ok and got no response but assumed maybe she was with a client so continued to park, pay for parking, ring the buzzer, nothing. Called to be answered with an abrupt Hello? like Id interrupted something. Explained why I was calling only to be told she had nothing in the diary and couldnt do the appointment. Huge let down and waste of my time and money. Will never try to use again. Service: Body waxing

I've been going to smooth wax since July for full leg wax and can fairly say this is the best place to get wax. I've tried few other places in the area before and nothing compares to smooth wax. The lady doing waxing is very patient, no rush around and pays attention never leaving those hairs, or wax on your legs after treatment. She's also very warm and welcoming person, which makes every appointment a pleasant experience. Fair price for service comparing to other places around. I highly reccomend this place and not looking for good wax place anymore. Thank you Service: Body waxing
