Service from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Shop staff was sooo helpful when choosing what i wanted and was really accommodating when i had to keep changing my fitting date. I am extremely happy with my lino in my hallway, bathroom and kitchen, it looks absolutely fantastic!! Professionally fitted by a very nice man who worked really hard, took his time and was a pleasure to invite into my home. I will definitely be back for new carpets for my bedrooms next. Thank you, to all working at Budget carpets for such a professional service Would definitely recommend their services to others.

Definitely wouldnt recommend. When buying the vinyl flooring for my kitchen, I was told they are able to move around the fridge, cooker etc. When the two men came to glue it down, they said they arent able to move anything and they have to glue the vinyl around the fridge, cooker and washing machine. Im assuming this was because hes old (in his 60s) and he wasnt physically able to. However this is not my fault and I even offered to move around everything for them to work around and all I was getting is slight aggression and pure rudeness. He then walked out and left the vinyl in my house (I prepaid for it). Lucky, I found someone from gumtree to do it that same day. This shop is very overpriced considering the name of their company and the quality of their products and services. You may aswell find another company with better quality products and service for the same price! Please sort out your staff!
