        Visited the shop the end of January on the afternoon of my engagement proposal day to choose a ring. Cannot stress enough how helpful they were, particularly Ellen, from start to finish, so welcoming and helpful. As my ring needed re-sizing smaller, Mark even managed to adjust it that same day so I could carry on my celebrations and be able to wear my engagement ring. We will definitely be back to choose our wedding bands. Thanks to the whole team for an enjoyable experience x

        An amazing jewellers. I inherited a small collection of jewellery; I didn't know if it was costume jewellery or whether it was genuine. The staff gave me some excellent advice. They were very courteous, helpful and informative, and very patient with my clear lack of knowledge! Thanks so much.

        Fantastic experience from start to finish. I took some old but treasured jewellery of Mums in to make into keepsake pieces for myself and the grandchildren. The results were better than I could ever have hoped for. In particular, thanks to Kriselda, beautiful design and we now have something special to remember Mum with.
