My local garage of choice after a fantastic emergency repair a few years ago (needed after a breakdown/recovery) - now visit for all maintenance needs. Fair price, easy communication & great staff!

In the past I've found taking my car to the garage a very unpleasant experience, but bedford garage has changed my mind, don't get me wrong, no-one wants to visit the garage but if you have to go I don't think you can do better, very pleasant people to deal with ( which I think is very important) polite, professional, helpful, when i called I was told they was very busy but managed to fit me in anyway, I got a phone call, and told what was wrong, was told it could be done that day, and given a fair price. this is how it should be done. what I have written in this review may seem obvious, but it is not always case at other garages. thank you to all at Bedford garage. Could not recommend this garage enough! Not only have they helped me when Ive been in situations and they didnt have to as I wasnt booked in, never met before and they willingly helped me, theyve been amazing, Phil and his partner have both done everything they can when Ive needed help with my car, all the staff are amazing, friendly and kind!
