Fast response went above and beyond to fix the heating system kept us informed when waiting for a part. Polite professional and very very competively priced. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I've kept this number on my phone from a couple of years ago when Lee came to repair my boiler. I recommended tvbc to friends and family. When boiler wasn't working I didn't hesitate and got tvbc back in. Couldn't believe the drop in the quality of service, fault wasn't repaired but I was charged for a new part which it seems I didn't need, ( it didn't fix fault) and a boiler service. Although how a boiler can be serviced when broken is beyond me. Also when he left after saying it was fixed I was shocked at how he left the boiler. The front panel was hanging off, the reset button broken and hanging down inside the machine, and a random wire caught in the outside of the boiler case. I rang back up to give a chance for him to make good. He did return and assured me it was fixed, but boiler warning light came on next morning. Told me it needed a new pump, but I'm not it needed one prior to being taken apart and having a drill used on it for half an hour. Reason? Not Lee anymore, poor service, charged for unnecessary work. I haven't said to come back again as all faith lost. All the good reviews on here seem to be from when Lee was still carrying out works . Have told friends and family not to use anymore.

Fantastic service, rang up at lunch time and he was here within a few hours, he fixed the boiler for us with no issues, lovely guy explained everything he was doing and couldn't fault the services at all! Highly recommended and I will make sure I recommend tees valley boiler care to everyone I know! Thank you
