        Andy has been working hard since before Christmas to get me the earrings i wanted. He kept me fully informed and it was a pleasure to meet him today in the Manchester store when i collected them. The cup of tea was also very welcome after my train journey from Staffordshire!         I had a very positive customer experience at Goldsmiths. The staff were great - very friendly, welcoming and considerate. Even if I could buy an item cheaper at another shop in the future I would happily return to Goldsmiths based on my experiences.
