        The staff here are rude. They do not listen to feedback that you give them. Not all members of staff are trained to use the equipment. I had laser done and this left my skin sensitive and painful. When I went in again, they disregarded what I said about my experience. They got very confrontational and asked why I didn't have any evidence. I was made to feel like a liar. When I went in, my friend that was in the waiting area heard them calling me annoying for telling them about what happened. That is VERY unprofessional. I have since been to another beautician and had the same laser done with no problems at all.
