Highgate Mental Health Centre

I found this the most unhelpful staff I've ever meet. Very little helping getting to the ward I needed, took 5 minutes to get someone to finally come and let me out. My overall impression was as if they were just going through the motions. Will be taking this further. If I could I would not give this a star rating, it was lthat bad. If I could give it no stars I would.

My partner was admitted in this centre and even he was well cared, he was continuously over medicated. The place is actually scary, the first time I visited him I cried because the place was a copy of a horror movie.

I was placed in a hotel and just left there on my own after trying to contact and engage no response. I think there should be more communication between these agencies because were the ones that suffer at the end of the day It has now been 6 months im sleeping on the floor, im disabled and need help with housing which they said they sort it out So much for all your help i will become a mitre watch this space :-(
