        From initial booking to my appointment very pleasant experience. Warm welcome on arrival , clinic was extremely clean and well presented . My appointment with Dr. Severine, Botox , 3 areas, was very pleasant , she made me feel comfortable, procedure was pain free. Follow up appointment offered if I need it . 5 star experience
