Window Cleaning Warehouse

I asked to cancel this item (due to a change of mind) but they said it was in process (but it hadnt been handed to the courier). They refused to get off their chair and actively sort it. It arrived and I stated that I wanted to return the item immediately and they said that their return policy was that it was solely my responsibility to return. I was completely happy to pay for a return using the system that they had set up with DPD. Yet DPD refused to return it from my as a customer as the pole was too long. I had to go to UPS and it cost 55. The issue for me is not the cost of return but the way I was literally dismissed and they were hoping that I would not return. Awful customer service!!!

I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for items I ordered with 3 supposedly attempted deliveries by their courier. No one has been to my property to deliver. Lack of communication from wcw and when they do communicate they don't follow through on anything. Stay clear if you don't want to be messed around by a lazy company.

Useless this company. 1st order they sent me a damaged reel. 2nd order sent me the totally wrong thing. Won't use again

Absolutely appalling!! I would have given zero stars if it were possible. If you are going to touch this company with a barge-pole then make sure it is a barge-pole and is a lot sturdier than the reach and wash poles that they sell, because the glue used on the clamps is useless and the whole thing falls apart when it gets wet. Complete and utter waste of money. The customer service is shocking, which is a lot more than can be said for the power supply on the Big Boy face lift, after just three months one of the outputs stopped working leaving only the minimum output operational. This has been going on for six months now as I have no faith in sending the equipment back and having it returned on time, because when the equipment was initially ordered it was late and when it did finally arrive it was missing parts which caused a further delay and a huge inconvenience. Avoid this company unless you like being messed around by a bunch of charlatans that haven't got a clue about the equipment they somehow manage to sell to their unfortunate customers. This has to be one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Be smart and go elsewhere!

Sending damaged items. Be aware no refund, no warranty, no cancellation, zero customer service from this company. Never ever used Window Cleaning Warehouse!
