the girl in service department is very rude! She doesnt know how to relay messages from mechanics properly and if you question her shell slam the phone down on you!!
It went in for a cam belt issue. At first I felt comfortable as its in the hands of the professionals (used lightly) but unfortunately the problem hasnt been solved after nearly a month of having the vehicle. They blamed the previous garages work and explained it was fitted incorrectly so theyll need to replace everything theyve done. So they did, but that didnt fix the problem. The only thing that was done right was a mot but then I found out a third party does it. So no wonder. I have multiple complaints within my experience. The sales side might be good but service side, its a no from us. The chap in service was helpful when he was available.
UPDATE!! They answered the review but havent actually called or emailed me. Absolute shambles!! Vans in 3rd party garage awaiting a new engine!! Thanks again
