2 days I tried to get a quote from theses guys. A very simple one at that. After 2 days and 4 phone calls chasing I gave up. What a great position to be in they obviously don't valve or need new business!!

A divorce is never a good thing to go through but these make it 1000 X worse! Absolutely shocking service from the Oadby office and the secretary is extremely rude if she sees your number will just blank you! Then answer after a few day's with such an attitude! The hourly costs went up after a few months by 50 +vat, from the beginning she promised to meet me at the Syston office but NEVER once did over the 4 years costing my more time a fuel, got the paperwork wrong including percentages costing me more money to send other letters multiple times... just abysmal! Go anywhere els or do it yourself it really is that bad. And I figured something out during this process! If you have a younger solicitor they are cheaper (not necessarily less skilled) but because mine was so old she could charge more and honestly she didn't care she has lost touch with reality and is just after your money! My ex wife's bill was 7500 and mine was 15,000 total rip off.
