        Ordered tiles one week ago - paid in full. Day of delivery called to confirm - was told yep, on their way. Waited till 5pm - cut off point - called them to be told, they wont arrive today, but possibly later in the week. Wife took days holiday to wait in. Cancelled order. Why waste people's time Topps Tiles? Hope the cancellation inconveniences you too.

        In store staff are great, but their web team are useless. I order tiles to be delivered to my local store today. The order hasnt even been processed by their web team! So thanks Topps Tiles web team - I am a disabled person who is having spinal surgery on the day you now plan to deliver (next Wednesday). Builders have ripped out my bathroom and reinstalled what they can, but without tiles I cant have a shower! And my builders are booked on another job next week. Thanks for nothing.
