I called to obtain information on a shower door in the design department. The call went through to staff downstairs on the retail floor as the design folk were not in. The lady named Donna went out of her way to ascertain the information for me. She came back with the positive reply I was looking for. The point is she went out of her way to help me. I thank you for that. Keep up the good work. It makes me keep coming back to this store as opposed to competitors due to people like Donna at thurmaston who goes out of her way to help. We'll done much appreciated and much impressed.
