        Olivia from the live chat said that the prescription is released back to NHS database, so I went to my local pharmacy (1.3 Miles away) and they have told me that it is still not released?? 1st trip wasted.. So Ive tried ringing the Pharmacy2u phone number, I had no reply, so I went home and got Jodie from the Live chat to finally release my prescription back to NHS!! 2nd journey! I have a brain tumour, just finished my radiotherapy last Thursday and these trips back and forth are very exhausting!! You have lost a potential customer!!

        Good experience, prompt and efficient, drugs arrived on time. My only minor criticism is that if I wanted to ask a question about my drugs I can't email them. I often order my drugs at night or when I am very busy during the day and don't have time to ring. But with my GP service I could email any query and get a response within 2 working days and I haven't been able to do that in the Pharmacy2U app. or on the website. Otherwise much more convenient to have drugs arrive at my door. Thank you
