Shocking customer experience. Bought what I thought was a good quality underlay. Received with lots of hard lumps which could be felt once walking over the a quality carpet it was laid under. The company refused to help me or take a look at the faulty product. Werent taking calls for months because of covid (but taking orders!) and ignored my emails and I had to eventually give up. Stuck with lumpy underlay and a daily reminder when I walk over it. Stay away.

Shocking company with awful and frankly rude customer service. Items left outside in the torrential rain with ripped packing, despite being tolds items would need to be signed for. On complaining I received no apology whatsoever and was simply told if I wasn't happy I had to return the items at my expense - something that would likely cost me more than the items themselves! My advice would be that you do not use this company.

Fantastic products & prices. Ordered underlay on Sunday and deliveted 2 days later. Superior underlay to whats offered in Carpetright at a fraction of the cost. Used for the second time & will not be buying from anywhere else.
