Ive been trying to get in contact with the practice for TWO WEEKS, every day over 100 people in the queue almost every time I call and then once I do manage to get past that, all the appointments for the day are gone. Im really not sure what to do at this stage.

Lovely and clean, very friendly staff, self check-in (when it wants to work) and has its own decent sized carpark.

One star is one too much. I used to be a patient at this practice until I was removed from the list. I am now with another practice. I am a long term skin patient. In September 2018, a receptionist (at Modality's Alexandra Road practice off Newland Avenue) yelled at me in a surgery full of patients, shouting "What's the matter with you, you freak!" The practice blamed me for his behaviour. They said that my attitude was the cause of his absolutely disgraceful behaviour. They victim-blamed or gaslighted me. Humberside Police investigated and categorised what happened as, quote, a "Disability Hate Incident", unquote. My understanding is that the receptionist was not removed from his post. Do not register with this practice. On the basis of Google Reviews' own statistics, it has the honour of being in the top 20 worst GP practices in the whole country. Get out and register elsewhere. Personally, I think it is a dangerous place to be a patient. If you or your loved ones value your health or even your life, then get out asap.
