Made an order and selected postage option, then realised I had made a mistake because of Easter Bank holidays! This meant my item wouldnt arrive in time for the purpose! Contacted Langden Games and they were absolutely superb! They went above and beyond to help, and due to it being a genuine error on my part rectified the issue at no cost to me, even though it was my fault! More places need customer service like this! I would totally recommend Langden Games, and I will be using them again in the future! Thanks so much Matt and the rest of the team.

Great little independent hobby store! The guys are always super friendly and helpful, they run regular tournaments across multiple games, as well as having plenty of gaming tables available for use (assuming no tournaments are running). Pricing for products is about average, but the service and setup sets them apart!

A shop I never knew about, Im now a frequent customer and a friend of the staff. Only go for Pokmon cards found out about the shop from a mutual friend (Sean) and was well over my expectations. I receive the best customer service most times I come in ( we all have off days) keiron is the main person I speak to. Genuinely interested in his customers not just for money because he knows what brings people back to a shop and he cares. I couldnt recommend this place anymore (THEY CHARGE APPROPRIATELY ) not overcharge and always a deal !
