        So disappointed with the stacking biography bracelets. If worn every day will break within 6m - 18m so please beware. Guarantee is only for a year and I understand why now. Having bought 7 bracelets in all to stack, the majority being the biography range, one by one they have broken and am now left with 2. Bored of complaining and having to send photos and waiting for replacements for them to break in time too. I even took all the charms off to prevent it from happening but still broke in time. Not fit to stack to wear daily unless you want tiny beads all over your floor. Absolutely devastated that I wasted my milestone birthday money on them. Absolutely do not recommend.

        I bought a necklace with green pendant just like the one the Duchess of Cambridge wore previously. The chain keeps getting tangled. I would not recommend Astley Clarke to anyone.

        I bought 2 lockets and had them engraved. The pieces looked nice initially though I did notice that the engraved script revealed the silver under the gold plating. There was no warning anywhere that this could happen if you requested engraving. But the real disappointment came a month or so later when both pieces became severely tarnished. The gold layer is SO thin that the silver beneath is oxidising and showing through the gold. I complained and was told it is normal for this type of vermeil jewellery. This is NOT the case! I have several pieces from other jewellers and none of them have ever tarnished. I was told by AC to buy some silver polish to remove the severe tarnish on my supposedly gold jewellery. Dreadfully disappointed.
