        Ordered shingles but had to cancel the following morning. The sales agent told me the order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund as the order had not left the depot. I then received a phone call from the M/D that I would be charged 96 cancellation from pallet line. I explained I would have not cancelled the order had I been told, tough was the reply I received. I have been using this company for 3years. This company has an issue with customer service and staff training and has no loyalty to long term customers.
