        Prior to seeing Kate, and following a couple of accidents my shoulder was barely working at all and I was unable to raise my arm above waist height. After just a few sessions I have now just returned home after a 15 day adventure trip in Peru. This included completing the Inca trail....4 days of hiking in the high Andes, including Dead Woman's Pass, a monster 7 hour relentless climb up a mountain. Everything hurt except my shoulder. Kate is nothing short of a miracle worker!!

        I cant recommend Physio and Therapy enough. Therapist Samir worked wonders on my back in just five sessions. I arrived full of aches and pains with very tight muscles in my back, but now have none. Hes a miracle worker!

        Fantastic service, very friendly and professional. Kate sorted out my chronic sciatica with a variety of treatments over a few visits. Joanna on the front desk is extremely efficient and organised appointments with ease. Thank you.

        I would certainly recommend physio and therapy Hexham. I suffered a knee problem. Zamir explained clearly what the problem was and worked to resolve it. I am very grateful and have learned so much also. I can keep running which is so important to me.
