AMAZING SERVICE, was told by Margate A+E to go home as i wouldnt be seen until the following day, so went to Eastry view instead. I was in x-rayed and diagnosed and on my way home again in under an hour,

Partner suffers with mental health issues due to her medication,has CPTSD and has had three car accidents this week due to her medication isssues. Referred to this center by 111 only to be told by a rather smug (and uninformed , as he didn't bother to read any of her records) Dr.Headen that he couldn't help and referred us to 111 again! Something that is not technically allowed, according to 111 who were surprised at this. It should be said the receptionists and support staff were kind and empathetic, so grateful to them for there kindness to my partner. God save anyone with mental health issues in this country. Can't wait to read the disingenuous defence that will no doubt be posted under this comment.

My parter presented with an issue with his eye. He was seen very quickly and was diagnosed with a probable detached retina ( turns out it was ) The nurse was friendly, efficient, professional . Thank you
