MWB Property Maintenance

Mike has done various jobs for us over the past 10 or so years. When we make an enquiry, he is quick to visit and listens diligently to our requests and ideas. He makes good suggestions on what he thinks would be the best option. He is very friendly and a good laugh! His quotes are detailed, reasonably priced and are sent quickly so we can make a decision. We know he is in high demand so we don't mind waiting for a few weeks because we know he will do a high quality job. His workmanship is high quality and we have always been satisfied with the end result. He has installed fitted wardrobes in our bedroom, a new shower downstairs, inside and outside decorating, fixed a wobbly sliding door fitted by someone else which kept coming out of its runner so it now works properly and fitted a fire alarm! There are probably other jobs I have forgotten. Oh and he tidies up after himself (my wife is keen on this point!). We would warmly recommend him to others. Thanks Mike!

Have used Michael over the last 10 years+ for numerous jobs including kitchen refitting, bathroom refittings, decking, decorating, door hanging & laminate floor laying. Always punctual, reliable, clean & tidy worker with a cheery nature. Would reccommend him to anyone.

I have had a variety of work carried out by MWB over many years. I have had two bathrooms totally fitted out, tiled from floor to ceiling, flooring layed and units, towel rails and radiators fitted. Every aspect of the work has been carried out with extreme professionalism and the quality and finish is superb. MWB erected some 6years ago a strong, quality fence which I know will stand up to the most severe weather conditions....... and we've had that well tested lately! All in all, an excellent all round tradesman of the highest standard who I'd recommend to anyone.
