From our very first phone conversation, the A H Rogers team in Hedge End were nothing but helpful and supportive. Andrea explained all the options and the process very clearly and kept us updated every step of the way. On the day of the cremation, Gareth was very professional and efficient yet also happy to chat.

Our family has used AH Rogers & Sons twice in the past two years and on both occasions, we were impressed with the level of communication we received from Andrea at the Hedge End office and how easily and smoothly all the arrangements were handled. On the day of both funerals, the teams treated our deceased family members with the utmost respect and treated the remaining family with both courtesy and kindness.

The team at AH Rogers were wonderful, clearly very experienced in what is a difficult situation for their clients, they were compassionate and caring, walking us through everything.
