MenWithoutMasks will be the most transformative retreat you can choose to do. The team are experts in sourcing, understanding and removing the blocks in males to produce performance on a personal and business level. I particularly enjoyed Craig's empathetic but no nonsense approach and he worked with me on a life plan in pursuit of being content and bettering myself. The cold water swims are part of the journey that actually becomes super enjoyable. Thanks to MWM for all their help and guidance.
