I've been a client of Debbie at Serenity for over 12 years. I love the wonderful tranquil setting, easy parking, beautiful clean and safe treatment rooms and the friendly, professional and welcoming therapists.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** On arrival I was greeted by several friendly faces and very professional staff. The practice was very clean and tidy and gave such a warm welcome feeling. My appointment was with Tom for his Sports Massage which I must say was fantastic. Tom started by understanding my needs and proceeded to focus on all troubled areas with excellent knowledge. I have booked for another appointment with Tom but have also made enquiries into some of the other treatments available with Hastingwood Health which I will certainly be arranging soon.

Hastingwood Heath is a fantastic health resort. All five therapists are so welcoming and professional. I've had massage, reflexology and nail treatments with them and always go back. The surroundings are so peaceful and tranquil, too. It's a real gem

This is a lovely little place, very clean and quiet. They provide lots of parking and its easy to get to. I see a sports therapist here called Tom for a sports massage and he is lovely. They also have a beauty room, a reiki healing therapist and offer reflexology. I look forward to using the other services they have to offer in the near future. Overall I highly recommend this place.
