I spoke to Mark this morning on some assistance with a quote I was struggling with. He thoroughly helped me through every step whilst explaining all steps throughout, giving helpful advice and answering all of my questions. I called after lunch, left my contact details in a message & a very nice young man called Andy returned my call shortly afterwards. IT WAS SO LOVELY TO TALK WITH SOMEONE rather than using on-line forms!!! He answered all my questions & my Long-Stay/Backpacker Travel insurance all sorted within 15 minutes A great service & Go Walkabout will definitely be my "go to" provider in future. I will certainly be recommending Go Walkabout to any other older travellers I meet

I can thoroughly recommend this travel insurance agency. They managed to find a suitable policy for my daughter in 2016 when she went to work for 2 years in a high risk job in Australia. And last week they sorted travel insurance for her for a trip to USA - half an hour before take off! Very happy with their calm and reassuring service.
