Paul has assessed my son three times now, year 3, year 7 and pre GCSE years end of year 9. Ive always been very grateful for his insight and assessment of my sons needs. He also has provided us with ideas and strategies to help him at home as well as outlining clearly to his school what he needs as support to help him access an education fairly. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely do not use this Company, I have never come across such bad customer service and poor excuses for unreturned emails, coupled with the inability to contact by phone. At no point took responsibility for not returning emails, blamed it on not receiving them and then lied about apparent "out of office replies" which were NOT received on any of the many communications. Given the line of business this man is in, at no point was the well being of my daughter or the reason why we were contacting them important, in fact the only clear communication was to ensure that we paid 500 by bacs, yet we were not important enough as a customer to receive a phone call. Absolutely disgusted
