Charlotte Tilbury - Bentalls Kingston

Today I went to Charlotte Tilbury to be greeted by Ruby. What an absolute pleasure it was to be shown the products . Explained how they work (night cream ). Of all the products I have brought in Bracknell in Fenwicks . I will now always go to Kingston. Rubys customer service was outstanding and so knowledgeable of all products and telling the truth of what works on my skin. An absolute outstanding advertisement for make up . Normally where I go they are not interested in you at all. Rush you only wanting the purchase . Ruby Thankyou darling for not only being kind to me but my 80 year old Mum too. Incredible service from lovely staff, only have the most wonderful things to say about Zoe, Poppy, Eleanor, and Ruby. Honestly every member of the team is exceptional, they are always welcoming, polite and endlessly helpful. Can't thank them all enough for their exemplary service, considerable knowledge of every product and welcoming nature. I encourage everyone who loves the brand or is new to the these glamorous products, this is the place to shop! I personally would never go anywhere else to purchase any of the magnificent products. These ladies deserve all the praise!

Becky was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand the areas of skin concern. Her product recommendations were adapted to our specific needs. I would highly recommend Becky to anyone.

I usually struggle to find products that are great for my skin tone but yesterday, was a different story. I walked into the store looking for lipstick with good hydration. I was served by Ruby and I will forever be grateful for meeting someone who took her job behind the makeup counter seriously. She helped me to pick products that actually suited my skin and looks. She was honest about what will work for me and I am truly grateful for the excellent service that I received

I don't like writing reviews but unfortunately I have to express my disappointment with the customer service in this shop. It's appalling. For three times (on different days), I've been to this store in the hopes of purchasing products and I keep getting ignored by the workers. While I do understand other things must be done around the shop (and I am more than happy to wait), priorities should be sorted and if customers are waiting, It does not seem to me that bagging randoms products (for a good 15 minutes) should be the priority here This was the last time I have given this shop a try. Would rather take my business elsewhere.
