I only had couple of sessions with Eda and what an incredible experience! I began working with Eda in November last year, having approached her to help me after receiving a health diagnosis that turned my world upside down. My cortisol levels were through the roof and my mental wellbeing and energy were at an all time low. It was just over a year ago that I found Eda online through her EFT courses. I was drawn to Eda through her generosity and positivity. Little did I know how much her influence would change my life. After I took Eda's EFT course I felt drawn to learn more and so I joined up to the Spiritual Self Mastery Club. Through Eda's guidance and amazing wisdom I have gone from being disillusioned, lost and disconnected to feeling resilient, much more calmer and completely connected with everything. When I had my first past life regression with Eda, I didn't know what to expect initially, but she was very calm, gentle and patient. I was aware of what was happening to me throughout the session, and I knew I could stop anytime, which gave me a great sense of security! I was in a very relaxed state to visit my past lives. Once I entered my past lives, Eda guided me very professionally with her questions. When I have started Eda's Awaken program I remember I had unbearable anxiety symptoms and my therapy sessions were not helping at that time. There was too much going on and I wanted to quit again, as I did a couple of times before when I got overwhelmed with responsibilities. I have learned to regulate my emotions very well, with the practical tools, like EFT that I've got throughout the program. I thought I will never put aside time for diving deeper into my interest concerning spirituality. To get answers for "strange" questions and to understand my experiences. Now I see the world as place where there is always something new and exciting to explore and I'm flooded with things I want to look into. My reality is changing in a fast pace and taking turns that please me. Even if I get overwhelmed for a second I can quickly get back to balance with the help of the tools I've gained here. I have met the most supporting and selfless hero partners who helped me and comforted me through massive healing and we will always be part of each others journey.
