After a poor experience at a previous nursery, we were very anxious about starting fresh elsewhere. However, the team here exceeded all our expectations from day one. They were incredibly sensitive to our concerns as parents and took real time to understand our 2-year-old sonhis personality and what he needed to feel secure. The care, empathy, and communication from the educators have turned what was a stressful transition into an absolute joy. He is so happy, settled, and well cared for. We as parents also felt supported and at ease at every stage. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

The best nursery weve ever gone to! Everyone at this nursery is so wonderful and kind. They truly care for your childrens development and wellbeing. Our youngest child went here and he thrived. We were so happy with all they did for him as he grew and developed.

Weve been so happy with Evas experience at Richborough at Ash Grove. From the very beginning, the level of care, warmth and attention she has received has been wonderful. Nayma, Nikki and Haffsa have all been incredibly kind, supportive and genuinely caring, and its been so reassuring to see how comfortable and happy Eva feels with them. The other day she jumped straight into Nikkis arms, which showed how safe and secure she feels there.Weve also really appreciated how much effort the team puts into supporting Evas development.
