        Absolutely horrendous experience. They broke our house chain down, resulting in children losing places at schools, me wasting ~2,000 in various fees and a lot of unnecessary stress. Avoid. EDIT: In response to Frederic Hall's reply: I may not have paid for your services (thankfully)... but I was the recipient of the diabolical services you offered when selling a house.
