Outstanding service I recently popped into the Folkestone shop to get a price for my Breitling Watch Whist I was waiting I mentioned the Rolex that they had in the window . Noel said he would show me it and swiftly went and got it . It was a beautiful watch but slightly out of my price bracket Noel said that I could part exchange my watch on it if I was interested ,I said I would think about it and left . 5 minutes up the road and I decided I would I went back to the shop and Noel once again dealt with me on no account was I pressurised into buying it . Today 6/05/21 I picked my watch up Noel once again dealt with me and made the whole process a pleasant one . Noel is a credit to Pickwick Folkestone and his customer service skills are second to none Thank you so much for all your help and advise You have been a pleasure to do business with
