We've been in our house for a year. We've recently noticed that the tiles in our en-suite bathroom were becoming loose. After removing the shower cubicle we saw significant water damage to floorboards and joists. Kris at 1st Call has done an excellent job of bracing the joists, replacing the floor, panelling the cubicle area and installing a new shower and cubicle. He arrived when he said he would, he worked long days and tidied up after himself everyday, all he needed was the odd cup of coffee. Where Kris encountered unexpected issue's he discussed them with us and came up with solutions and the final cost was as originally quoted. 1st Call Property Solutions will now be our "go to" company for home maintenance and we would unreservedly recommend Tommy, Kris and team.
