        Richard is very reliable, always on time, polite and friendly. He always clearly explains what work is required and what the costs would be with no unexpected add-ons. He keeps you informed as the work progresses, is neat and tidy. He would inform you of possible improvements, but would not pressure you into going ahead with them.I would certainly recommend Richard.
