Incredible dental practice. All the dentists are fantastic. I had to have a tooth out recently as a nervous patient. It was completely pain free and the dentist and dental nurse were so lovely. Even the practice manager Sarah is wonderful.
Cant recommend highly enough and do to family and friends!

Highly recommended - staff are so friendly and welcoming. My sons teeth whitening results thus far are amazing! Excited to see the results of his bonding next month. The office manager is very friendly and helpful scheduling appointments around my sons work. Jazz himself has a lovely manner, friendly and giving all costing options available, and the dental nurse is friendly and warm - thanks again

I joined this practice so that I could obtain a Saturday appointment something that the NHS were not offering. I have had almost all of my Saturdays cancelled last minute with no replacement Saturday offered for another 2 months. I had to book an appointment elsewhere so that I could be seen. As I have insurance I need to stick to schedule to ensure I get the 2 hygiene and 2 examination within the year that I pay for. One of the Saturdays they cancelled on the Monday of that week was due to the bike ride which lets face it they would have known about months in advance yet only do anything about those appointments til the Monday prior. The latest appointment cancelled was in November yet again with no notice, calling on the Monday for the Saturday. When I complained and said it wasn't good enough they said they will look to arrange another appointment and simply never called me back. When I raised a complaint in January I spoke to the owner who admitted that they had issues, he then transferred me back over to the office manager to get in touch about re-booking my missed appointment. Who once again simply ignored me. They booked me in at lunchtime knowing I will have my 4 year old with me as she needed an appointment too when I went back to them to ask for the time to be moved they literally never got back to me again. This service is so horrendous that I have once again had to go elsewhere to be seen. So don't waste your time or effort. My life is far too busy to be able to add this extra time for them not doing their jobs. No idea why simply booking an appointment has taken months (Literally) to arrange.
