        Insured with a high value policy for over 5 years with this company. The account handler was off with personal issues and they let the policy lapse. Let's hope I don't get burgled or burnt to the ground this weekend

        AVOID AVOID. Terrible nightmare experience. Withheld policy wording documents until point of claim. Now MD showing little to no interest. I urge all existing clients to check they have been sent policy wording documents which is being used as small print to try to void a claim. Company has now admitted to never sending small print. If no wording document sent please please make complaint to FCA as we are. AVOID AVOID.
