        Nice staff who work here

        Friendly staff, however seemed to have extremely poor knowledge of first adult passport application. I went for a check and send paper service with my naturalisation certificate and my previous nationality passport. The lady kept asking me for my and my parents birth certificate!! She had no idea as to how a naturalisation certificate works, as I am on a work visa as a junior doctor, and then acquired my settlement visa, and that this a completely different route from naturalisation by birth. I was charged 16, and had to just leave, as realised there was no point explaining! I went to Coventry post office, and applied again via check and send, and got my British passport within 12 working days!! Please train the staff better as its a paid service. But I understand it just needs a refresher training, and Im sure youll look into it.
