        Today I attended my First Aid Training Course hosted by David Hewitt from East Saxon Training. The training day was excellent, not only was it a brilliant refresher, but I also learned new techniques and had lots of fun too. The training was well organised from the point of registering, to a warm welcome on arrival, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. David delivered the training in a very easy-to-understand and informative way, allowing plenty of time for questions too. It was interactive and hands-on, putting into practice the theory he shared with us, the balance was perfect. Highly recommend this First Aid Training with David, and I will be back for more training in the future.
