        Absolute shambles. First of all took nearly two weeks to return my call and email. Then booked me into Liverpool despite me stating I wanted to go to Chester. I called to move the appointment as I was trying to fit it in my lunch break...to be told it was actually in Chester after all. I arrived at 12:15 for a 12:20 appointment and it's 13:06 and not one person has apologised for the delay.
