Cambridge City Council

Regarding commercial services at the council: treating customers unfair, on a morally questionable way. Very disappointed. Looking for other places in the shire.

joke of a place will not help you with housing keep on asking for more and more information and sometime the same information. spent 3 months waiting for them to say the last person did not even put the information on the system. wish I could give no stars

Completely corrupt!!! Closing roads with fake votes! Causing fake congestion to bring in an awful scam of a congestion charge!!! These people should be sentenced to prison time! Awful people!!!

Visited here when I was issued a handsome tax bill last month despite being eligible for exemption as a full-time student. The place is usually empty and the staff are very friendly and understanding. Apparently, my apartment was recently occupied by a taxpaying occupant and my status was not updated. They guided me on how to get documentation proof of studentship. It was a long process but I ended up with a bill of approximately 10 which I could manage. It was also refreshing to see the customer service centre was housed in a building called Mandela house.
