Premier Store Bromyard

Used to love supporting this local shop until they started hiring staff who are either not trained or just playing dumb.... so i had asked an older guy working there behind the till if I could get cashback with my shopping and he said "no we don't do" I said that's absolute rubbish as the owners do it and have done for ages... he said "no sorry" so I repeated yes the shop does as I've had it before.... then he proceeds to say he doesn't know how, so I said please get the manager, he claims they weren't home! I explained to him, you take payment for shopping, add the cashback amount which takes it from my card and then he is to give me the cash. He carried on saying, "no sorry don't know how" absolutely disgraceful and unhelpful. I much preferred it when the owners worked in the shop themselves, they were kind and had a friendly attitude, so I then went to the little co-op and they didn't have enough in the till as everyone had been getting cashback as the machine outside had run out of money. So I was stuck on being able to pay cash for food from Alfies as they were waiting for a new card machine to be delivered, so we're cash only!

A lovely couple run this little shop. They truly are helpful and respectful. A pleasure to shop in this shop.

Open long hours and offers some products you can't find elsewhere locally.

Open really early to late! Excellent choice of groceries and drink. A lovely alternative to the Co-Op monopoly that exists in Bromyard!!
