I recently sold an end terrace property in East Bierley through the Birkenshaw office of Robert Watts who also provided a Probate Valuation for me and I found Mr Watts and his staff extremely helpful throughout and very responsive to any requests for help or information. They kept me fully informed on what was happening on a regular basis throughout what turned out to be quite a lengthy process and I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the area.

I bought my new house through Robert Watts at Birkenshaw. My sale wasn't smooth sailing, but the Team made my life much easier. They were always positive and helpful and really great with communication which my own estate for my sale was lacking. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
