        I've only used the hairdressers so can't comment on the beauty. For almost 20 years my fine, straight hair has benefitted from their advice and treatments. I regularly have highlights, lowlights and cuts. They have always done as I've asked, and on the one occasion this wasn't achieved by a junior stylist, the manager insisted on correcting it. One bad experience is not bad when I think how many times they have put chemicals on my hair over all that time. The first time I went was when Emma helped me after a botched box job!
