        I love Amys sound sessions! Since becoming a mum I have struggled to relax but these evenings really help me switch off and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. Amy is welcoming, friendly and she really knows her stuff. I will definitely keep coming back!

        Thoroughly enjoyed my stretch and sound bath with Amy. Amy was so warm and welcoming, I felt a sense of calm in her presence. The setting was set up beautifully for a peaceful and harmonious session. I really enjoyed the stretches to help relax. I definitely dozed off during the sound bath and slept so well that evening and woke up the next day full of happy energy for the day ahead :) thank you Amy!
