I have used Clear Money for 2 loans now and the loans team have been great. They arranged my second loan at very short notice for me. My only issue (which has been a problem throughout both loans) is that the customer services team never answer the phone. I mean never! I don't have this issue when contacting the loans team. This makes anything I need to do slower. Overall, great service but let down by customer service team.

I applied for a top up loan today, i have had an account with CLEVR money for 4 years and always had a pleasant experience. Michelle called me within an hour of my application to clarify a few details and was very polite. I would highly recommend for people struggling especially at Christmas time. Very fast and easy service!
