        I was very impressed with the efficiency of Oulsnam's - at a time sadly when so many other organisations have forgotten the basics of customer service. Always responsive, professional and pleasant to deal with. The photography and video service was also of a high quality. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to others.

When I collected the keys to my new home I was given a welcome pack which was a lovely start to my new life in Bournville.
