I had one year old lower backpain that I didn't know the origin of, Sonia helped me in one session and one follow up checkup. I did my recommended exercises and within the next 2 months it went away thank you so much!!

I twisted my lower back 7yrs ago by getting out of bed very quickly & literally felt something move in my back. The mornings are always the most difficult as my lower back is so stiff its very hard to get out of bed & affects the quality of my sleep. I have always stretched it out or my sister would massage it for me as a temporary fix until this time round the pain was alot more intense and I found it difficult to even stand up. I found Sonia via a Google search and based on the reviews I booked my appt for the following day. Sonia told me my muscle was very very stiff and she will go intense with the treatments to avoid dragging my appointments out which was very honest of her & I appreciated not being ripped off. She explained everything to me so clearly and made me feel very comfortable. We also talked so openly it was as if I had known her for years and the time flew by! After the treatment I could feel a difference but I did tell Sonia the real test was in the mornings. Sonia recommended some easy stretches which I have been doing but honestly after a few days of visiting Sonia my back felt like brand new! I cant remember the last time I woke up without any back pain! I do want to go back for 1 top up session just to make sure my back is 100%. I can not recommend Sonia enough! Such a relief I found Sonia & am so so grateful to her! Best of luck in everything you do Sonia! xx
