Over all the sessions have really helped bring my stress levels down. The greatest benefit for me was how you helped me to derive some positives out of a negative situation. This is something that I will continue to do going forward. The relaxation techniques have been really helpful aswell. Keep up the good work.

Sadaf Is just brilliant! As someone suffering from alot of anxiety from many things, i've hugely benefited from the 9 sessions I've had. She has taught me techniques that I can apply in daily life to deal with conflicts and anxiety early on before it gets overwhelming. One of my biggest anxiety triggers was the thought of flying (planes), last week I was able to take a return flight within the same day, that to on FLYBE . This was my first time in 6 years and I felt great! This would not have been possible without the tailored support I received from Sadaf.

Since I've been having therapy sessions with Sadaf, I feel alot better in my well being. My mental and physical health have improved. Sadaf not only offers effective therapy she also offers excellent advice and guidance on ways to improve my general health and well being. I have had many types of treatments in the past including Hypnotherapy, CBT, Specialist counselling and many more, however the EMDR and Somatic therapies that Sadaf applied are the only ones that have worked for my PTSD. It's helped me overcome trauma and it's made me understand myself in a different light. I would strongly recommend treatment with Sadaf.

The help I received from sadaf was really great, she was sensitive to my past traumas and I really was able to open up and confront my struggles with my personal and professional life physically and mentally. The sessions were catered to me, also the techniques used have helped me with my past and current situations especially EPT, being present, furthermore through these session and sadaf recommendations I have found new ways to remain fit and healthy. 10/10 service, Thank you
